Amy Wakeham

VP, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, ResMed

As Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications for ResMed, Amy leads ResMed’s corporate communications and investor relations functions. Working closely with the management team, her job is to develop and execute strategies to enhance shareholder value, help achieve ResMed’s business objectives, advance corporate culture, enhance brand awareness and trust, and enable employee engagement.   
 
Ms. Wakeham has over 20 years of communications and finance experience, including roles in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Finance, Treasury and Accounting. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Investor Relations & Strategic Communications for Integer Holdings Corporation, prior to that she served as Sr. Director, Investor Relations for Maxwell Technologies, and previously spent 12 years at Leap Wireless leading the communications team as VP, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. Under her leadership at Leap, Institutional Investor Magazine recognized Leap’s Investor Relations team as a top-rated team, second only to AT&T, in their industry. Amy started her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
 
Ms. Wakeham graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Irvine.
